Unbelievable bay of palmtrees-chateaubelair

Entering this northern bay in St. Vincent for the first time I was awestruck.

I had never seen a bay this beautiful. Their is no beach but I’ve never seen a more idilick setting in my 4 years of Caribbean travel.

Palmtrees everywhere. For you sailors I dove the mooring ball and it was 1/4 inch cable attached to a chain through a huge piece of concrete. More then enough to hold my 24ton 50ft beneteau.

It’s also a customs entry port and a great spot to clear in and out. Beware of the boat boys though. 😉 They will bring you freshly caught tuna and filet it right in front of you for 50ec ($19usa)
