Ye I went as well, just hard to photograph myself doing so! It is not so scary as it might look, the water will not hurt you that much :P

Yes I tried it myself, we both did it for 20 minutes. The balancing is bit tricky in the beginning. It is also very straining for you ankles. If you do other sports and have some control over your body already you will have a guaranteed blast!
