Don Quijote and the architecture giants
He has an apocryphal vision of the adventures of our most universal and noble gentleman, Don Alonso Quijano, alias Don Quijote de la Mancha, who when riding on horseback and was accompanied by a greyhound runner through the Five Villas of Zaragoza, was enchanted by the beauty of the medieval village of Uncastillo.
And located next to the hill where the old Romanesque church of San Juan sits and from which a good part of the city is called, turning towards its faithful companion, who does not vassal, the good one of Sancho Panza, said thus:
To my faith, my dear Sancho, I still see the footprint of giants in the skillful hands of the stonecutters who raised cities like this one!
And although his biographer, the good one of Don Miguel de Cervantes, did not mention him in his work, he went there, throws at the ready, murmuring to the wind:
That Spain is full of good roots and even with centuries behind it, its cities retain the well-deserved aposty they once had!
