É o que lemos nesse manifesto pintado nas paredes de um prédio em construção no começo da Avenida Conde da Boa Vista.

Hello Friends! Olá Amigos!

Recife is a capital since its primordial nearly 500 years ago has a history of struggle for freedom and for peace. Walking yesterday at Recife Antigo I could see beyond the historical monuments that are beautiful and full of history and cultural heritage, urban manifestos. On every wall, alleys, narrow, historic streets of this Recife bohemian, we see silent cries for justice, freedom and peace.

Recife é uma capital que desde o seu primórdio há quase 500 anos tem uma história de luta pela liberdade e pela paz. Caminhando ontem pelo Recife Antigo pude ver além dos monumentos históricos que são belíssimos e cheios de história e riqueza cultural, manifestos urbanos. Em cada parede, becos, ruas estreitas e históricas desse Recife boêmio, vemos gritos silenciosos por justiça, liberdade e paz.

I booked this art in a wooden wall of a large house that looked to be about 200 years left in the Rua da Moeda, Recife Antigo. The difficulty to make this photo was average rating - high, due to the rubble garbage that prevented me to approach to register.

Eu registrei essa arte numa parede de madeira de um casarão que aparentava ter mais ou menos 200 anos abandonado na Rua da Moeda, Recife Antigo. A dificuldade para fazer essa foto foi de classificação média – alta, devido ao entulho de lixo que impedia que eu me aproximasse para registrar.

Essa arte eu registrei na saída da Rua dos Judeus, na parede de um antigo centro cultural abandonado.

The art seems to be related to the fight against violence against women. In the photo one woman with the image of Frida Kahlo, Mexican painter tattooed and news from the local newspapers background.

Essa arte eu creio que esteja relacionada com a luta contra a violência contra as mulheres. Na foto, uma mulher com a imagem de Frida Kahlo, pintora mexicana e atrás recortes de notícias de jornais locais.
