Solitary Rose - B&W

in #photography7 years ago (edited)

Despite the graceful and delicate appearance of their flowers, the roses are vigorous shrubs, which are well tolerated by the alternation of climates. They behave like evergreens when the climate allows them to grow at their best, while they lose most of the foliage when the climate is less favorable.
This means that we can find ourselves with rose bushes with few leaves even in August, if it is very hot and it does not rain (or we do not water the garden), as this can happen in winter, if the temperature goes below for many days of zero.

This rose, which I photographed was the only one to resist this winter, I'm curious to see if the flower will bloom in spring! I hope you enjoyed these shots!
