The Fig and its Benefits.

Hello Steemians! Today I want to share with you the benefits and benefits of Fig, these photographs were taken in a few days that I grabbed to rest "Vacation" last week in a village of Bocono State Trujillo.

The fig is the fruit of the fig tree (name of the tree), It is grown in Venezuela in temperate zones such as Los Andes and Colonia Tovar. It occurs between the month of August and the beginning of September.

How to consume the Figs!

  • Figs can be eaten dry as fresh. When it is dry it is reduced to 20-15% concentrating its nutrients, as well as dried grapes and raisins.

  • The figs are consumed mostly fresh, for its sweet taste is very delicious to eat it naturally. In the Andes they use it to prepare it in traditional sweet syrup.
