Do you have a place that you go to just think? Some of us do, it's kind of like resetting your mind a little. It doesn't always work of course but it still changes the perception of the problem/s that you've been dealing with so to reset your cycle of examination you some times have to go back to the start and see if you missed any important information that you didn't think was important at the time.
To be honest I don't know of any one way of doing this but using this method increases your probability of solving some of your issues as most the time it's something we overlooked or put to the side as we always do as humans. So finding the place that makes you happy or at least calming, I like water such as streams, lakes, oceans but I also like Meadows mountains and open wide spaces to walk through. The chance of scenery changes the way you think because you're doing a different kind of connecting with the world around you and that's what we are looking for. Sometimes taking a shower and just relaxing helps and again water being the key note here. It's just a different kind of connection that changes your brain to think in a different way.
You ever have times that something was bothering you but you didn't know what it was? For some it's a kind of depression while for others its this nagging energy in the back of your mind. That is a few layers deep and sometimes changing the your atmosphere changes your train of thought and can reveal some problems that you didn't even know you had. If you're not light and in a positive mood then you have problems rather you know it or not.
Our minds are not just computer systems we have other tool sets that we haven't really discovered and can detect things wrong in our life, it's to help us navigate in our life path to pursue happiness but as you know we live in a chaotic world and chaos isn't happiness so you have to make the choices to step on the stepping stones that you want and not just the path of least resistance. That's my thoughts what are yours?

I have no tutorials. I give advice to all and anybody that is into photography. You'll always be learning, but the day will come when you won't be a student anymore...but a teacher.
