Dangerous information. Perhaps do proper research before you spew nonsense around. This is the information straight from Google:

So nope, the Google legal department will not help you at all.
Types of usage rights

Commercially: If you want content for commercial use, be sure to select an option that includes the word "commercially."
One could argue that steemit is commercial use. You're walking on thin legal ice.
