Well, we have it from time to time, but I don't like it when it's too spicy or too sharp.

I understand sir johannpiber. I myself do not like real hot or too spicy foods because then I don't taste flavor, just burning!
When I was younger I loved it - the more spicy the better, but not anymore.

You can't do anything against aging, so you have to live with it ... I hate aging too and the pain I have in my bones in the mornings when I get up ;)

Mid fifties...oh. Oh my. For some reason I thought you were a little younger than that like in your 40's. Well, you ARE getting to be an old man. lol. No, but mid 50's causes some aches and pains normally.
Any joint pains? Because I discovered a fantastic anti-aging, joint repairing product that has reversed the pain and aches in my knees.

Yes, I think we have been talking about the arthrosis in my fingers, but it has not got worse in the past few months.
