I got this Apple Freebies.. Apple CSR sent the items of me being a reliable customer and give a call right away once there is a concern or problem.. My laptop got a problem so I called CSR hotline to report it.. also because i sent the laptop for repair for twice already then the problem back again.. So, the third time I have to send it back again..
It's nice to know that when you need their service they will take care of you and take an action right away..
FYI: Laptop not included
