Diary of an evening sky
A few evenings ago, I was able to capture some interesting shots of animals and objects flying throughout the sky.
The first shot, taken using my Canon 80D camera with a 75 - 300 mm lens on the macro setting, is of a pair of birds that were playing catch up on a flock of birds.
The next shot is of the same birds now amongst the flock they were trying to catch up to, with the same settings used on the camera.
The last shot, taken using my Canon camera, is of an airplane cruising at an incredible rate, leaving a contrail behind it.
It is amazing how only a few minutes, and in two of the pictures mere seconds, can lend itself to a completely different story with photography. While two birds flying through the air can be construed as quite melancholy, only a few seconds you have an entire flock, which can be perceived as quite hopeful. Truly a never-ending canvas.
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Steeming!
Beautifull sky picture
Three great shots ... the contrail shot is particularly striking.
I love watching birds fly. Something amazing to see. Great pics.
I am going to think of the two birds as a couple, so happy happy there as well :)
