One of the most beautifully worded quotes describing a sunrise.
This is a shot I took as I was going in to work this morning. Just as the quote describes, it's not an indictment of the night to say that the sunrise rising up above the horizon through the trees is absolutely beautiful, but just a different type of beautiful.
The "death" of night leads to the "birth" of a new day. A new chance to make amends. A new day to make new decisions, whether they are right or they are wrong: no matter, it's a new opportunity. May this day be the first day of your new life and may it be the best day amongst many best days from here on out.
None of us know what to expect for an upcoming day, but one thing we can is that day will turn to night and night into day. And that is a start.
