Vegan Has a Taste #2

Yey.!!

After wonderful pancakes this morning, Steak sounds good for dinner :)

So easy to make vegan steak.
I changes meat with tempe, do you know tempe is?

Now the other ingredients are

• mushroom
  -onion
  -broccoli
  -garlic
  -potato
  -carrot
  -pepper
  -corn
  -beans

And for the sauce ingredients are :

-salt
-pepper
-mushroom broth
-tomato sauce
-sweet soy sauce
-sugar
-wheat flour

Very easy to make it.

1. You have to steam tempe. Then mash with garlic, sweet soy sauce, salt and wheat flour. Form the mixture and fry over low heat.
2. Then boil carrots, broccoli, corn, potatoes, beans.
3. Make the sauce: saute garlic, onion, salt, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and mushroom broth, pour the water. Wait until boiling add sugar. After thickening, flush over tempe.

Actually it is my first time making steak for dinner, I love it. Hope you will like it too.
