Deranged Photography Contest - Black and White

Here's my entry into the Deranged Photography Contest by @derangedcontests at Amateur level for Black and White Saturday.

This photo was taken at Elliot Heads in Queensland Australia, it's a stunning little coastal town that is very popular through the holiday periods. I captured this photo on sunset where the sun was just low enough to create these stunning shadows in the tidal marks of the sand. The tidal ridges were deep, making it quite painful to walk on as they were rock hard but it was totally worth it to be able to capture the stunning effect.
