you did not find any relevant information about this building because it's common houses of that time, you can also judge that this building has not that importance by looking at that blue car ahead( LOL )
but yeah a great building and there might be many like these for sure there!
people there would be so different lol.
I guess beautiful decorated houses like this might have really been quite common some time ago, good point ;)
