Thanks for the comment @janton! This things are all over most areas in here as a common means of public transportation. The other vehicle up front is a motorbike with a sidecar, it's called a Tricycle - another means of public transportation too.

We only use Philippine Pesos (Php), not USD (only used in high-end establishments or Duty Free shops). Payments could range from 8php to 60php (depending where and how far you're traveling, and how many are riding), which is around 15 cents to 1usd and 15 cents.
