Trip To The Farm - Chickens and Piggies!

Went to visit a little farm last weekend where all the animals are free range. There were some kids visiting at the farm as they encourage people to come see the animals and also have a little bar that people can hang out for parties and that sort of thing.

First we went to see the chickens...

Then the piggies!

These were mostly young pigs, they had some sows in another area. Of course they are sectioned off to stop them wandering away, but no cages and no factory farming here. Was nice to see the animals in the sunshine and the mud somewhat enjoying life. Must be better for them, and for us too.
