Shade of the Sun 🌀 SunThursday

A well needed respite from the Israeli sun can be had in the busy shuk, or market in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City. As you can see from the light coloured walkway stones, when you're in the sun, you're going to get it from above and reflected from below. It takes some getting used to! (Sunscreen under my chin?!)

You can get good deals on crafts and different foodstuff, but you gotta haggle, it's expected, respected, and part of the fun.
