Today I will tell you how I make sprouted wheat grains :)
I tried different ways to germinate wheat grains, and then invented my most lazy way of germinating wheat grains, which I always succeed 100% 😊

In the morning, in a jar / plastic container, rinse the wheat grains (all the wheat grains that float to the top - dead trash) are filled with clean water (at least 8 hours).

In the evening, the wheat grains swell and increase 2 times, wash them with running water, drain the water, cover it (do not close it tightly, leave a small air slot).

In the morning you will see that there were small white sprouts and you can eat). The remaining sprouted wheat cover (do not close tightly, leave a small air slot), put it in the fridge (the grain of wheat will continue to germinate, but a little slower). 1-2 times a day, flush the wheat from the mucus that appears on it. After washing, the germinated wheat has a pronounced fresh fragrance, if the odor is unpleasant - trash.

The most useful sprouts 1-3 mm, the longer the sprouts - the less useful properties they have.

It is better to eat them for breakfast because the sprouts charge you with energy :)

Sprouted wheat contain a record amount of vitamins A, C, E.
The use of sprouted wheat helps: normalize the work of the brain and heart, and restore the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, improve metabolism, cleanse the body, increase visual acuity, lower blood pressure, increase hemoglobin, strengthen immunity, get out of stress, slow the aging process, improve skin condition , nails and hair. Sprouted wheat is especially useful for children and the elderly, pregnant women and nursing mothers, people with intensive mental and physical labor.
To maintain health and provide the body with nutrients, take 2-3 tbsp. l. (up to 50 g) sprouts per day.

Sprouted wheat is added to ready-made cereals, salads, mixed with nuts, dried fruits. You can grind in a blender with fruits / vegetables, spices.

Sprouted wheat is tough, chew well (long chewing is useful for teeth and gums) and take the healing power of natural vitamins 😊
