I just captured a large ring aroung the sun few minutes back in India, Northeast.

Ever wonder what's the circle like rainbow around the sun?

There is an old saying, the ring around the sun or moon means rain soon. I knew nothing about the old saying so i decided to ask my Grandma about the circle around the sun.

As i explain to my Grandma what i have seen outside she silently smile and told me let me tell you

She explain: There's an old saying or what the farmers beleive that whenever you see a circle around the sun or moon its going to rain soon heavily.

Than i asked her when probably its going to rain when ever seen like this?

She smile again and uttered may be this evening.

I even show my Grandma these pictures she was eager to see it but sad her natural lens are to weak to see my mobile screen sad.

Still than she smile and told me son, i am old i can't see the pictures. but, she told me that during her childhood they hardly saw these rainbow type rings.
