The signs on the bistro and the driveway are in english, but the street signs are in spanish?
The architecture is definitely latin.
Where does that happen?
Filipino language is a mix of Spanish,Catalan etc as well as English is widely spoken :)
Some Filipino words are also written like Spanish.
Ah, I didn't consider the Philippines,...
A 100 years of Spanish stay left a lot of influences :) including fashion, politics, culture, not forgetting their descendants..among other things.
I've always admired the Philippines for their melding of the east with the west.

Tourists go to Calle Crisologo where rows of old houses are maintained. These are still in city centre, Vigan is a very compact place.
