Hi! This is my first post on Steemit and I'm gonna show you some pictures that I took in my last visit to Caracas, Venezuela. The city is full with interesting and nicest places, from galleries, museums and theaters to clubs, restaurants, bars, malls and parks; I think that Caracas may have everything.

The last time I visited the capital, I went to "Trasnocho Arte Cultural" (it means Sleepless Cultural Art, or something like that :) ) "TAC" - how it's abbreviated - has a Theater, a cinema, a famous bookstore called "El Buscón" (what means "The Searcher"), also has a Conference Room and one of my favorites, the TAC Room.

The TAC Room is a cool gallery where you can find art work (duh, obviously) but! You can find pretty good and interesting books, magazines and catalogs about the history of art in Venezuela, the evolution of design in the country and some others about many artists and designers too. The thing with this books, is that you can only find them THERE! Because the TAC organization is the one that creates them, and the best thing is that you can buy them at a very low cost :)

In that visit, the piece that I liked most was "Luz de Leviatán" by Luis Arroyo (2014) which was inspired in searches of leviathan stories of an Armando Reveron's book. A leviathan it's a marine monster described in Bible as inhuman and destructor, also takes representation as a demon.

The museography was very powerful and beautiful, consisted in a dark room full of light projectors that showed different abstract forms in movement, as well, there was the sound that represented that leviathan monster. It was super beautiful and a cool stage to take this photos that I love so much♡
