My PHOTO Journey - # 2 - Lazy Dogs / simple photos collage
From my almost 9 year journey through photography, i've learned so much and changed a few times what i like to shoot.
But here... i will try to post some normal things i see... and some crazy things from time to time.
I love sport and action photography, abstract and wild life. Also, taking photos where i go to give some memories to the friends or people i meet.
Today's photo or better said... collage is from some dogs that were bored to death ;-))
We were in a trip this year in june and stopped at some point at a family friend.
Not so much to shoot there, except the dogs. They were just barking at the beginning then asked for food a bit, then... getting lazy.
Just faces for framed paintings... hehe.

Have you got that kind of photos in your library? Of course you do. Pets are the most photographed thing in the world. After kids of course.
Try a simple collage or just be creative! You won't regret the feeling at the end.

I use a dslr camera with a tele lens, but it doesn't matter. I have so many photos made by phone that, i will post some of them too in the future. So, it doesn' matter what equipment you have.
I made a 3 month course at a television from my country and at the beginning all i had was an iphone 4... And with that one i made my first month photos.
Camera BRAND doesn't matter!!!
All brands do the same thing. Taking pictures from what you see. Do not lose in the technical details if you like to shoot. Just shoot with what you have. Period. Do not postpone, because that moment will not come back.
Just go and do some photos now! And get back with an invite to see yours too!

You certainly have the eye for a great a photo. My strategy usually is to take as many picture as I can of something and then pick the best one.
I do that too. Especially to kids and animals. Because they are so spontaneous and rarely you catch what you want from the first shots.
Also, having a sport camera and using more frames, it is a lot of work to make selections later.
Lately, i started to shoot fewer photos. And that because i need to change the people i shoot ;-)
The moms will always need photos with their kids, but i can't work only for that all the time, hehe... They smile when i say that. The kids wanna see them in my screen and take some too. I let them do that few times to feel good.
And you know?... at one event (baptize) i let a child to shoot (with camera) his parents. And he didn't looked too much. He was the only one till then who understood in 1 minute what to do with that big camera and how to frame. It was so nice that moment.
But, unfortunately i gave my card to his parents to send me their emails to give them the photos but they didn't.
And again, regarding taking more pictures it is better in some moments, because in photography you don't have a second chance like in video, here it is one moment and that's it. If you lost it its gone.
If you have time to go through them, sort them and delete all the rest then it is a good thing. You'll have a good memories and also a chance to see them.

Love that one of the dog with his tongue, great photos! I don't have any camera at the moment but when I do, I would like to do more on this level!

I caught him in the act of stealing some food ;-)
And at some point they feel they are photographed... even if i'm with my tele at 15-20m from them, they turn around and the moment is gone.
But here was a good one.
