La Palma - La Isla Verde - La Isla Bonita!
On this hot sunny day there where no clouds in the sky.
On top of the mountain with a great view down into the Caldera de Taburiente, clouds where forming very quickly. You could see the clouds forming out of nothing some meters in front of you. The hot air was streaming up into colder regions, where it condensed. At the same time clouds where forming from at southern mountain ridges of the island (1st picture).
After 10 minutes we had to leave otherwise we would have been standing in the middle of massive fog/cloud. (2nd and 3rd picture)
Mmmmm .. looks lovely.
I've been thinking of going to La Palma .. and then your post popped up in front of me ... :)
