The Portland Rose Garden is a great place to visit, anytime of year! Public gardens are great or getting ideas about what plants might do well in our own gardens, orr add winter interest, if we go this time of year. And they can inspire our own versions of garden art and infrastructure, like benches and fences. This is a beautiful report! Portland is the Rose City! :D
