I'm with you --- #ihatesummer! No ice machine can make anything like a snowball! I save a lot of them for the summer. And I make snow ice cream to put in my freezer, too. I've been enjoying snow ice cream, with maple syrup, and raspberries.
Here's to winter -- or at least the autumn rains that will bring the mushrooms back!
