More curious things from my zone (Portugal)
In an earlier post (https://steemit.com/photography/@guzman/curious-things-from-the-south-margin-zone-portugal), i showed some curious and funny photos i took in my area and its surroundings.
I'll show you some more photos, this time of things written on posters and stores. It's written in portuguese but i will translate into english.
In this store where they produce weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, feel free to send them an email, if you're interested in their services. And if you find out what the email is.
In the poster on the left it says "Pedestrians should use this route". On the right, it says "No pedestrians allowed on this sidewalk". So, how shall we do it?
This funeral store is called "Funeral Store Popular- Near you". They are very optimistic about the business and so thoughtful.
Some people put a poster saying "Come back anytime" or "I'll come back later". This one says "I always come back". It's good to know that.
About the opening time of this store, it says: "Monday to Saturday: 8h30-20h. Sunday and Holidays: 8h30-20h". Why not write "Everyday: 8h30-20h"? It would save them space and would not waste our time.
Written in the card: "Today the butcher shop is closed. Went to baptize my grandson. We apologize." He's a good family man.
This restaurant is called "Manuel of the Chicken" and mentions as Specialties: Fish stew, Cataplanas (a fish dish) and Shellfish. So where's the chicken?
heheheh! Portugal at its best :D
Gotta love it.
