{Food Celebrity} Surimi Salad on Greens
This hors d'oeuvre isn't your ordinary sushi! It's actually imitation crab-meat. We are going to throw this sucker atop some fresh greens today!
But first we are going to turn it into a salad....
Get about 2 cups of 1/2 cut sumirir, 2 tablespoons of mayo and sour cream. add 3 minced scallions, 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped challots or onin, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a splash of hot sauce. Choose your greens of choice and put the sumiri salad on top. Let me know what greens you used. Stay tuned for the next Food Celebrity.
