Fire and Water, a Poem of Love !
You are like fire; I am like rain.
What we had.. I just can't explain.
Destine to doom, alive yet dead
I took your hand and away you lead.
You showed me flames and how they'd burn;
I taught you to dance in the rain in return.
My docile nature gave us bliss
and you lit me up with every kiss.
But fire and water just don't mix,
Only each other we could transfix.
So, the rain it washed away
everything on the note you wrote that day.
You burned my card, that's so like you.
I guess we both have our ways to start anew.
Yet tonight in the dark I'll strike a match.
With the flame, all my pain I'll dispatch.
And I'll pray that when you are in pain,
you'll go outside and dance in the rain.
As it will always love the beauty of your flame

By the way there is a grammatical error in the line "And I'll pray that when your in pain."
