Brandy Alexander -Simple and sweet

 The Brandy Alexander, very simply made with brandy, crème de cacao, and heavy cream, is a frothy concoction that goes down smooth, like a cool dessert after a hearty meal.  

 INGREDIENTS

1 oz. brandy

1 oz. crème de cacao

1 oz. heavy cream

  PREPARATION   

1. Shake ingredients well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
