John dory fillet for lunch..

Hello friends!

Hope you had a good day si far.

My proposal for lunch is to try a steamed version of John dory fish fillet escorted with steamed an grilled vegetables + virgin olive oil, lemon or lime, oregano and a bit mustard and mayonnaise mix for sauce!

I had this meal at " Eghorio " restaurant, located to Palaiokastron village of Samos island , Hellas.

      Thanks for your kind words. Truth is that i usually was tasting it in a soup version . The photo may not be so good but the taste was superb!
