Ich hab mein Reisefotos durchgeschaut und einige Fotos mit Bierflaschen oder Biergläsern gefunden. Diese Bilder werde ich nach und nach in einen Steemit-Artikel der geneigten Leserschaft präsentieren. Anfangen möchte ich heute mit einem Ensemble aus einem europäischen und asiatischen Bier.

Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt genehmigte ich mir in der sibirischen Stadt Arschan zum Abendessen Bier. Beide Biere anflehten mich an: Kauf mich, kauft mich.

So tat ich es. Zu meiner asiatischen Küche begann ich mit dem leichten Reisbier (rechts) und zum Abschluss kam das böhmische Schwarzbier aus Karlsberg dran.

Wie ich soeben bei meinen Recherchen aber herausfand, wird das Dragon Reisbier in St. Petersburg durch eine Carlsberg-Tochtergesellschaft gebraut. Somit wurden beide Biere mit europäischen Wasser hergestellt. Nur die Brauart des Reisbieres ist chinesischer Herkunft.

I looked through my travel photos and found some photos with beer bottles or beer glasses. These pictures I will present bit by bit in a Steemit article of the inclined readership. Today I would like to start with an ensemble of a European and Asian beer.

During my last stay in the Siberian city of Arshan I had a beer for dinner. Both beers begged me: Buy me, buy me.

That's what I did. To my Asian kitchen I started with the light rice beer (on the right) and finally the Bohemian black beer from Carlsberg.

But as I just found out during my research, the Dragon Reisbier in St. Petersburg is brewed by a Carlsberg subsidiary. Thus both beers were produced with European water. Only the brewing method of the rice beer is of Chinese origin.

Во время моего последнего пребывания в сибирском городе Аршан я выпил пива на ужин. Оба пива умоляли меня: Купи меня, купи меня.

Это то, что я сделал. К своей азиатской кухне я начинал со светлого рисового пива (справа) и, наконец, чешского черного пива из Карлсберга.

Но, как я только что выяснил в ходе исследования, пиво "Дракон Рейзбье" в Санкт-Петербурге [варит дочерняя компания Carlsberg] (https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/baltika-dragon-rice-beer/347577/). Таким образом, оба сорта пива были произведены с использованием европейской воды. Только способ приготовления рисового пива имеет китайское происхождение.
