Mountain River for White Water Rafting

This is a picture of part of the Cangrejal river, which comes down directly from the mountains into the city where I live. It is very popular and quite famous for having some of the best white water rafting in Central America. There are several first class mountain hotels plus some that are in reality just camps. There are several world class guides, I know a couple of them, and the experience with the rafting is supposed to be great, I am absolutely not interested in that.

They also have canopy, horse back riding, mountain hiking and other activities. On weekends this place is teeming with people (OK not the last few months), but it is one of the places you have to visit if you are ever around here.
