# A Simple Run On The Beach
A few months ago I took one of the longest and most enduring runs I've ever done in my life. No I'm not a marathon runner or compete in that sort of thing nor am I fit or a health nut. So why go on such a long run you might ask, well the answer is to simply think. Clearing your head of things and simply thinking can be one of the best things you can do for your mental health but it can also be damaging if you leave yourself too much time to think allowing doubt and over thinking to creep into your mind.
