Does this train still in service?! They should not decommission old trains as they will go into disrepair! I love to travel in an old style train!

No, it's not in service. It's a steam engine. The last steam engines must have been decommissioned in the 1960's, I think. Occasionally, steam engines are used to pull trains on tracks that have very little traffic just to entertain fans.

Friend the photo has some kind of editing ?, I say it by the white of the sky or the background of the photo is confused with the white part of the publication. it looks like a postcard
It's a phone app called MiracuCam, that has this filter EasyHDR. It basically mimics HDR photography, but not that successfully. All the photos look like washed out post cards.
