Paint over the cracks, Rome street art - Steemit logbookꕤ

It starts with a new week, the train tonight to go home and tomorrow we start with lessons.
Walking in the past days I came across several murals, drawings that I'm going to share with you, @Steemit audience.
Here we find ourselves in the Ostiense district and the steel tower that you see behind the wall is the so-called "Gasometer", a structure of 1937 that testifies the industrial archeology of Rome, a building abandoned to itself that over the years assumes the forms of a work of Art.
It is a cylindrical structure a little less than 90 meters high and about 65 meters wide, whose purpose was to accumulate the city gas, ensuring the lighting of the city and for the prevailingly domestic uses. With the introduction of methane gas, these gasometers have lost their function, remaining however in the territory.
They testify to the industrial capacities of the early '900, remaining a symbol of the city, which today hosts many initiatives to redevelop the area. Those who know Rome know very well that today Ostiense is a place in step with the times, a neighborhood of good food and night clubs, as well as home to one of the most important centers of the Roman street artist.

Si riparte con una nuova settimana, stasera il treno per tornare a casa e domani si riparte con le lezioni.
Passeggiando nei giorni passati mi sono imbattuto in diversi murales, disegni che ho intenzione di condividere con voi, pubblico di @Steemit.
Qui ci troviamo nel quartiere Ostiense e quella torre di acciaio che vedete alle spalle del muro è il cosiddetto "Gasometro", una struttura del 1937 che testimonia l' archeologia industriale di Roma, un edificio abbandonato a se stesso che negli anni assume le forme di un' opera d'arte.
E' una struttura cilindrica alta poco meno di 90 metri e larga circa 65, il cui scopo era quello di accumulare il gas cittadino garantendo l'illuminazione della città e per gli usi prevelantemente domestici. Con l'introduzione del gas a metano questi gasometri hanno perso la loro funzione, rimanendo comunque sul territorio.
Testimoniano le capacità industriali dell' inizio 900' , rimanendo un simbolo della città , che oggi ospita numerose iniziative di riqualificazione della zona. Chi conosce Roma sa benissimo che oggi Ostiense è un luogo al passo con i tempi, un quartiere di buona cucina e di locali notturni, nonchè sede di uno dei più importanti centri della street artist romana.
