Nice photo, but she really isn't actually that brave. There are lots of performers like these in India... and they brutalise the snakes by ripping out their fangs. It is really quite barbaric and cruel. I used to watch snake charmers when I was out there and sometimes give them money... until I learned about that.
Sorry to bum you out, but it is better that people know than they don't! It is a practice that should be discouraged. Animals are NOT our toys!
