Maldives Diary Episode 3: Street Photography-Fuvahmulah island

Fuvahmulah island is the third largest island in the Maldives. Its area is about 4.94 km². The atoll (means division) name is Gnaviyani atoll, which contains only one island.

This is a buiganvillea-loving island. Buiganvillea plants can be found in every home and business, either in a container or in the garden.

After moving here, I've observed a lot of different buiganvillea kinds. These flowers are so vivid and eye-catching that they make a passerby feel good.

So far, I've posted a lot of images of this flower on this site. I still have a lot of photos of this bloom to share.

Now I'm going to show you some street photos that I took with my phone, where you can see a lot of buiganvillea along the road.

Street photographs of Fuvahmulah, Maldives

There are several ways to get from my house to my office. I notice numerous varieties of buiganvillea in different houses and organizations on the way.

This street is one of the routes where I can walk to work. This photograph was taken on my way home from work one afternoon.

A restaurant called "Summer Park Restaurant" is located at the end of this route if I walk in the direction of the main road. (Previously known as
"Mama's Chick Restaurant")

This is another path that runs alongside the "Drug Treatment And Detoxification Centre" Fuvahmulah and I can use this route to go to my office.

If I turn left beside the two-storied building and walk straight , there is a big football field

After that if I turn right along with the playground boundary, there is a store named "Sithaana store". This is one of the island's largest supermarkets.
