Beautiful Backyard Mushroom (Original)
Beautiful Yellow Amanita Muscaria (I think?!?)
All photos were personally taken from my backyard. This mushroom was sitting under Birch tree and on top of mossy covered ground. I believe this to be a yellow colored variety of the Amanita Muscaria found typically in the northern Canadian regions.
It's already been attacked by a critter (we get a lot of squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits). I decided to cover it however and watch it grow. I'll post some update photos if it grows up nicely.

Lovely. Looks like Amanita muscaria, except that we do not have them in yellow over here:).
Thanks @shimelin! I've never seen a red one but I understand you can also find them where I can. I've only ever seen the yellow and yellowish orange ones. :)
