Thanks, @fr3eze! The photographer owns the work, but can extend the same ownership rights to the model. There are photographer agreement forms and contracts online. It all depends on what you and the client agree to.
Appreciate the clarification. I always assume that model own the most right in the your series of product since they are they are the one who dressed up and being captured, also I assumed that they paid you for the work. Seems like it works the other way round? That's definitely a cool life you are living being able to do what you love and a really flexible timing work-for-yourself schedule.
