My breakfast today.
It is called Nilupak.
It is Filipino treat made from cassava was derived from the traditional method of it's preparation – nilupak is a Filipino word and it's English translation is “to mash” or “to crush”.
It is wrapped in banana lead and served with margarine.
Close by in our house in Cainta, you will see early in the morning how our neighbors make this dish.
I bought some this morning and match it with Ali Cafe french roast.
One of the reason why I love to be home.
