Pineapple cake | Traditional recipe of Venezuela.
A traditional Venezuelan recipe, whose taste is exquisite and that you will do than indoor wholes suck him fingers and ask for more. A delicious and healthy cake that is worth the grief realizing and having a good time.
Ingredients:
-Wheatmeal 500 grams
-Sugar 200 grams 100 grams for the candy.
-Pineapple in slices. ( use 5 slices )
-Baking powder a spoonful
-Eggs 4
-200 grams of butter
Preparation:
-. We put to warm up the mold with the 100 grams of sugar until we melt away forming the candy and we added 5 pineapple slices be more than enough the same and we reserved.
-. We whipped the 4 eggs with the 200 grams of sugar to form a thick cream next we added the 200 grams of butter and we kept on whipping.
-. We mixed in the 500 grams of wheatmeal previously the spoonful of the baking powder that previously we had sieved.
-. When the mass is done we placed it on the mold that has the candy and the pineapples.
-. Having the oven once 180 grades was warmed up we placed in ours mold with the mass and we allowed to bake during 60 minutes.
-. When passing that time, we served the ball of the oven, and still hot we separated the cake from the mold. And you are everything to have a good time.
