Schönbrunn Palace (austria)
The Schönbrunn Palace (Schloß Schönbrunn, "a beautiful well") in Vienna is one of Austria's most important cultural monuments and since the 1860s has become a major tourist attraction in Vienna. The site of this palace was purchased by Maximilian II, Holy Roman Emperor in 1569. In 1996, UNESCO designated this palace as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
