I have one of those on my balcony. Almost like the one on the first photo. It is so easy to grow and it grows fast.

I read somewhere that if the plant seeds itself you might get different colours. It does not come true from the seed. To get the exact plant it needs to come from cutting. Which is not a problem, they propagate super easily.
