Lavender in winter
I dug into some winter photos from last December. I usually keep some for the time when it gets too hot and I just want some cool air and snow around.
This is how Lavender looked like last December at my mum's garden. The fall and early winter was very mild and frost free, so it even kept some colour especially on the leaves.
But mostly it is all dry stems. Needs some cleaning, but that can wait until winter. Bet some bugs and birds still can find some food there.
You can still see some Marigolds blooming in the back.

Dziekuje bardzo :)
This looks so peacefull <3
Yep... Cold and nasty...no bugs and no pets :p
I like they way sun and light strikes them. The back lighting gives them a glow. Beautiful garden. Lots of flowers.
Thank you! Not much sun in winter in Poland, but when it shows it's lovely :)
Beautiful. Lighting and color are great!
Thank you very much :)
Looks very dramatic with the dark background. I can almost smell it!
It was just bake ground behind. It grows at the edge of my mums veggie garden and at this time of the year there is nothing there.
