Especially when I want to move this one to another spot. Or when it is time to repot, which I did only once so far. A protective newspaper layer is a must. It will not hurt, just hook to your skin and refuse to sit still following the fingers whenever they move. Little joker :)
This is one of my cacti - Mammillaria bombycina. And one of the few that have cooks.
Such a innocent looking thing :p
Those hooky ones are the worst! I have one that needs to be weeded regularly, it gets full of oxalis and I curse it every time
They catch absolutely everything! But have to say those cook are pretty cute :)
