First Post! Winter Bonfire
First post, finally got my approval email! I mostly do travel photography but since I'm home for the holidays I'll share some photos from my hometown. I took these shots last week at a bonfire at my brother's house. We had some wood beams to burn as well as a dried Christmas tree from 2017. This was our first fire of the year and we decided to make it a big one.
This is certainly my favorite use for old Christmas trees. My brother should give you an idea of how large our fire was.
Here's just the fire by itself. In Michigan we enjoy fires year round, but there's something special about winter fires. Nothing quite like sitting outside with a beer when the weather drops below freezing.
Well, here's to my first post of what will be many photos. Let me know what you think!
Cheers!
