Bounty indeed! What will you be doing with that? If it were my husband he'd be asking for chilli sauce
salsa for some of it, and the cayennes i will dry and crush to be able to use year round dried for souple and chilli etc.. and the rest i will chop up, freeze and put in vaccum packets and just bring out a packet as i need them for making soups.
Salsa will be yummy! Freezing is a great idea. We have extra freezing space for when we have excess
