Spring is coming!
So spring came to the Russian province! The column of the thermometer has sharply exceeded for plus and all over has started to thaw promptly. The winter was very snowy, so this layer of snow immediately turned into a mess. People jump through puddles, cars fall through - get stuck ... the usual spring in an ordinary Russian city.
So we live like this from year to year. Everyone is swearing for government, for public utilities, but in the end nothing changes.
