Into the Blue
First shots from my out before the sunrise morning walk, which led me to sleep majority of the day.
The water was so still and clear that I could literally reverse some of the images and you can hardly tell the difference! I'm dividing all the pictures I took for quite a few posts because the moods and colours are so different because I walked for two hours and got some different stuff, some water, some sky and some rooftops.
Shot with the Nikon D7200 and Sigma 50-100mm f/1.8.
This last shot is probably my favourite from all the pictures I got this morning and it's what inspired me to use that title for this post.
I like that last picture too, the numbers going down and becoming partly obfuscated reminds me of counting backwards when being put under anaesthetic for an operation. Then you are under the cold water in reflection-world for a while, counting in reverse and hopefully coming back up again.
Weird, I know, where do such random thoughts even come from...
That is a cool way of thinking about it!
nice pics!
That first picture was through water? That was so clear that i thought you uploaded it wrongly in inverse due to sleep night walk :) awesome
Yes, it's a reflection, as clear as it would be on a mirror :)
Thats amazing
Hey, @eveuncovered YOUR PHOTOS ARE SIMPLY AMAZING, waaw bravo 👏 keep up the good work!Have a nice day.
I love photo's of reflections on of my favourite to take when I get the opportunity. Love these 💯🐒
There was so much to take photos of, could have walked around the lake, but it was soooo cold that I just wanted to go back to my bed😅
Good effort, that's dedication to Steemit. Your doing it proud, hope your feeling rested now :) 💯🐒
Reflections are my favorite! Good on you for getting up for sunrise :)
And much love for your love on my last post! I hope you are enjoying the slowly warming weather ;)
I didn’t really ”get up”, as I didn’t sleep at all the night before😅
Oh don’t mention it, just waiting what you will show us next :)
Very cool perspectives on things. I have always enjoyed calm waters for the reflection photos one can snap. I live near water and I am eager to bring the camera if I know it won't be too choppy out there.
Cheers
My taste and your taste in this picture talk beautifull picture. Suddenly i like photography you can see my photography if you have some time
I'd have to agree that the last shot there is the best out of these, you get a much better sense of the reflection in the water than the others.. there's more context as you see the original and the reflection, that first shot really messes with y brain.. I cant work out if its a reflection or an upside down photo.. of course that's half the fun :)
I did have a few pictures of the ship as a whole, but I wanted to leave it kinda as a mindfuck so that it's mostly jus the reflection :p
Well mission accomplished :) It was indeed a mindfuck!
Simple artistic photo very good job my sister @eveuncovered
